Text messages from Latter Years

Latter Years texts families about their own search for senior care: tour confirmations and reminders, messages from the communities and agencies they connect with, and links to their Latter Years account. Health details stay in your account behind a secure link, not in the text itself.

How you agree

We text you only after you agree. When you create an account, you see this box. It starts unchecked, and you can skip it:

A community can also give you a link to its own Latter Years page, where the same unchecked box names that community:

If you already told a community you want texts, Latter Years acts as its messaging agent. After the community confirms you agreed, we may send you one text asking you to confirm. Nothing else is sent unless you reply YES:

Latter Years: Maple Grove would like to text you about your senior care search. Reply YES to agree. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Stopping texts and getting help

  • Reply STOP to any Latter Years text to stop all our texts. Reply START to turn them back on.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email support@latteryears.com.
  • Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
