Confirm a Tour or Ask the Family for a New Time
Updated October 25, 2026
A family books a tour on Latter Years, and it lands on your Tours page under Upcoming, awaiting your response. Confirm it or ask for a different time, and the family is told either way.
Confirm or ask for a new time
Each upcoming tour shows the family, the day and time, and where it stands: Awaiting your response, Confirmed, or You requested a new time. Tap Confirm to confirm it.
To change it, tap Request new time, add an optional note telling the family why (they can see it), and tap Send request.
The number beside Tours
The count beside Tours in the side menu is the tours still ahead that nobody has confirmed. Confirm them and it goes down.
After the tour
Once the day comes, a Mark toured link appears beside the tour and opens the lead's Tour notes. Answer What they cared about, What worried them and What you promised, add Anything else, and tap Mark toured. Marking the tour completed starts your tour follow-up. You can leave the answers blank and add them later, and the family never sees them.
Visited without booking?
On the lead's page, Log a tour records a visit nobody booked here, with the same questions. Logging it marks the family as toured and starts your tour follow-up, so check it is the right lead.
Past and canceled tours
Below Upcoming, Past lists the tours whose time has gone by and Canceled lists the ones called off. Tap a family's name to open their lead.
Who sees which tours?
An admin sees every tour, and other team members see the tours of the leads assigned to them. Tours come with a paid plan; on the free plan the page stays greyed out, and a community that is not live yet sees that a family wants to tour but must activate to see when and to confirm.
