Share Your Texting Consent Link and QR Code
Updated October 25, 2026
Your texting consent link and its QR code let a family who reaches you directly agree to receive texts from Latter Years. Open Settings, then Texting consent, and share the link, or print the QR code for your front desk or a home visit. A family who agrees shows on your leads list, marked as agreed, and you can text them from there.
Create the link
An admin taps "Create consent link". The page then shows Your link, to copy into an email or your website, and the QR code beneath it. Print the page, or right-click the code to save it as an image.
A community has one link per building, so switch locations to see each one. An agency has one per listing, each in its own section of the page.
What the family sees
The link opens a short page with the family's first and last name, their mobile number and who they are looking for care for. They tick the agreement box and tap "Agree and continue". The thank-you page tells them they can reply STOP at any time to stop the texts.
Replace a link
Tap "Replace link" if a link has spread further than you want. The old link and every printed QR code stop working right away, so print the new code before you put it out.
Not working yet?
A community's link works once messaging is active for that building; until then the page says to contact Latter Years. An agency's link works once the listing is on a paid plan.
The page also shows how many of the leads you added have agreed so far. Only an admin creates or replaces a link.
