Invite a Teammate and Choose Their Role
Updated October 25, 2026
An admin invites a teammate from the Team page: open Team in the menu, fill in their first name, last name, email address and role, then tap Send invite. Latter Years emails them an invitation to sign up, and they join your organization with the role you picked.
Send an invitation
Team is in the menu for an admin, and at a community for a location admin too. The page shows "Invitation sent to" and the address once it goes out. If the invitation cannot be sent, the form says so; the email may already belong to an account.
Choose a role
A community picks Admin or Employee. An agency picks Admin, Marketing Director or Staff. An admin can edit your listing, invite others and assign leads to teammates, so give Admin only to the people who run your account. A community's employee works the leads an admin assigns them.
Pending invitations
Invitations nobody has accepted yet sit under Pending invitations, with the email, the role and the date sent. Tap Cancel beside one to withdraw it, for instance when you typed the wrong address.
Give access by location
A community with several locations sees Location access under each teammate on the list. For each location, choose No access, Member or Location admin, then tap "Save location access". A member sees only what is assigned to them there; a location admin sees and manages everything at that location. An organization admin reaches every location, so their row says so instead.
A location admin can invite teammates into the locations they hold, but only an organization admin can invite another Admin.
Can I remove someone?
The Team page lists everyone with their role, but it has no remove or change role control yet. At a community with several locations, you can set someone to No access at a location to take that location away from them.
