Make a Referral Link or QR Code for a Family
Updated October 25, 2026
Referral links makes a link or QR code a family opens on their own phone, carrying the care options and guides you choose. Open Referral links in the menu, pick what to include and tap "Make the link". Nothing about the family goes in the link.
Make a link
On the "Make a link" tab, start from a saved packet if you have one. Tick "Include your partners" to add care options, then choose the kind of care, a county or ZIP, and an insurance plan where one is offered. Add guides, quizzes and tools from the list below.
Choose what a provider the family contacts sees about who referred them; nothing is the default. "What the family will see" previews the page before you make it.
Share it
Once the link is made, tap "Copy the link", "Print the QR code", or type the family member's email and tap "Email the link". The link shows only this once, so make another if it is lost. Each link expires after a while.
Save a packet
To reuse the same choices, open "Save these choices as a packet", name it and pick who can use it. The Packets tab lists them, each with Use, Edit and Remove. Your admin keeps the packets your whole team shares (on an agency, a marketing director can too).
Who did we send?
"Families you sent" lists each link. Under it you see only the families who chose to keep you posted, with how far each got, and never a name. A family who said nothing is not shown or counted.
Everyone on your team can make links on every plan, and your team sees the recent links made here.
