Keep Your List of Recommended Partner Providers

Updated October 25, 2026

Partners, in the menu, holds the providers your organization recommends when a family needs care you don't give. Families see your picks by name next to the full list of options, never in place of it.

No money changes hands

No provider can pay to be on your list, you can't pay to be on anyone's, and Latter Years never tells a provider you recommend them.

Find partners

On the "Find partners" tab, choose the kind of care, a county or ZIP, and tap Show. A community's search starts on its own county. Your own listing shows "This is you", since you can't recommend yourself.

Add a partner

An admin, or on an agency a marketing director, taps "Recommend for" beside a provider. You then answer whether your organization has an ownership or financial relationship with them. If you answer Yes, describe it, since families see it. Tap "Save as a partner".

Your partners

"Your partners" groups your picks by kind of care, with "Find more →" beside each group. Each pick shows its relationship, or "No relationship", and an admin can Edit or Remove it.

Can I keep a note?

Yes. Anyone on your team can tap "Add a private note" on a partner and "Save note". Your team shares one note per partner, and families never see it. Clear the text to remove it.

Partners is on every plan. Your admin keeps the lists (on an agency, a marketing director can too), and everyone on the team can read them. A referral link with "Include your partners" ticked carries them to a family.
