Add a Location and Switch Between Your Buildings
Updated October 25, 2026
Locations are the buildings your organization runs, each with its own listing. An organization admin opens Settings, then Locations, to see every building and claim more. If you can reach more than one, the Location list in the menu switches between them.
See your locations
The Locations page lists each building with its license type and city. A chip says Live, or "Hidden from the directory" when the listing is not shown to families. Tap a name to open its public page.
Claim another location
Under "Add locations", search for each community by name and pick it. Pick every building you run, then tap "Submit claim". There is a limit to how many you can submit at once, so submit those and then add the rest.
Each claim shows under Claims while Latter Years reviews it, marked "Under review", Approved or "Not approved". An approved location opens in the same portal as your others.
Switch between buildings
The Location list sits in the menu under the page links. Tap a building's name and every page you open shows that building, such as its listing and openings. An organization admin also sees "All locations" to look across every building at once, and "Add a location", which opens the Locations page.
Make a location your default
Switch to a building that is not your default and "Make this my default" appears under the list. Tap it and that building is where your pages open from then on.
Not an admin?
Only an organization admin sees Locations under Settings and manages them. Anyone else who opens the page sees a note that the administrator adds and manages them. You see the Location list only when you can reach more than one building.
