Bring Your Resident Roster In From Other Systems

Updated October 25, 2026

The Integrations page lists every way to bring your resident roster in from the systems you already use. An admin opens Settings, then the Integrations tab. Cards sit under Connected, Available, Coming soon and "Tell us what you use", and each card says what it does.

Who can use it?

Only an admin sees the Integrations tab. Integrations come with the Core plan and up: on the free plan you can see the page, but it stays greyed out.

CSV and the Import API

The CSV upload card opens the import wizard with "Import a CSV", and the Import API and Zapier cards open the API key page with Set up. Each has its own help article.

Sync a Google Sheet

Tap Connect on the Google Sheets card and approve access in Google. Back on the page, tap "Choose what to sync". Paste the sheet's link, pick the tab and the column that identifies each resident, choose how often it syncs, and give the date and source of your residents' consent. Tap "Check this sheet", then "Start syncing".

Each sheet you sync gets a card on the Scheduled syncs page with "Sync now", "Pause syncing" and "Change settings". Disconnect on the catalog card removes the Google connection.

Email your census export

The "Email a roster" card gives you a private intake address. Tap Set up, give your consent attestation and the addresses allowed to send to it, then tap "Create my intake address". Anything emailed there with a CSV attached imports by itself. Mail from anyone not on your list is rejected and shown on the page.

Use Copy to grab the address and "Pause imports" to stop it for a while. The same address also takes referral emails from A Place for Mom, and each one becomes a lead.

Don't see your system?

Under "Tell us what you use", tap "I use this" on a system such as PointClickCare or Yardi, with an optional note. Latter Years records it to decide which connections to build next.
