Read Your Insights Home Page and Pick a Period

Insights is the page you land on when you sign in, and Insights at the top of the menu brings you back to it. It shows your wins for the period you pick, the families waiting on you and, for an admin, how it's going.

Pick a period

The buttons at the top set the period for the whole page: Week, Month, Quarter, Year to date, or the past year up to today. Month is where the page starts. Each number sits beside the same span before it, so you can see what changed.

Your wins

Your wins counts what families did in the period: who reached out, who heard back from your team, the first meetings that happened and the families who chose you. A community also sees its listing views. Tap "Full analytics →" for the detail behind each number.

Waiting on you

This list shows the most urgent items, with families waiting on a reply first and everything else by due date. Tap See all for the whole list, or "+ Add a to-do" to add one of your own.

What does How it's going show?

An admin sees this section. A community sees how it compares with communities like it and why leads ended. An agency sees "Leads you lost" and "Patients you lost", from what your team recorded. The lost-lead cards let you choose how far back they look.

A community also sees "Ways to reach more families": what families nearby ask for beside what your listing says, with tips about your photos, your answers and how fast you reply.

Get the weekly brief

Where your plan includes it, the weekly brief sums up last week in one email on Monday mornings. Tap "Email it to me" to get it, or "Stop the email" to turn it off. Each person makes their own choice; on an agency the card is an admin's.

Who sees what?

Everyone on your team sees the wins and Waiting on you, and staff see the families assigned to them. On the free plan the paid cards stay visible but greyed out, each with a line on which plan includes it.
