Set Up Your Email Brand Kit: Color, Sender Name, Signature
Updated October 24, 2026
Your brand kit decides how your emails to families look: your logo, your accent color, the sender name families see and the signature at the end. Open Settings, then Brand. Everyone on your team can see the kit, and an organization admin saves it.
Where the brand kit lives
Open Settings and pick the Brand tab. A community and an agency find it in the same place. The form sits on the left and a preview of a short email sits on the right, and the preview follows every change as you type.
The brand kit comes with a paid plan. On the free plan you can see the page, but the form stays greyed out.
Your logo comes from your listing
The kit has no logo upload of its own. Your emails use the approved logo on your listing, so you change it there: tap "Change it on your listing" beside the logo, or open Listing from the menu. With several locations, each location's emails carry that location's own logo.
Set the accent color
The accent color goes on buttons and dividers. Pick a color with the swatch or type it as a hex code. Leave it blank to keep the default.
Button text is white, so the color has to be dark enough for white text to stay readable. The form checks as you type. If a color is too light, it tells you so and suggests a darker shade of the same color you can use instead.
Can I change the name families see?
Yes. The display name is the sender name families see on your emails. Leave it blank and each location or listing uses its own name. Either way "via Latter Years" goes on the end, and the form shows the full name as families will see it. Keep "Latter Years" out of the name you type, since it is added for you.
Add a signature
Your signature goes at the end of every email: your name, your title and a phone number work well. Keep anything about a family or their care out of it, because it goes to every family. The form refuses a signature that mentions one. A placeholder such as a family's first name in curly braces does not work here either, since the signature is added as you typed it.
Who can save it?
An organization admin saves the brand kit. Everyone else sees the same form greyed out, with a note that only an administrator changes it.
Branded emails start going out in an upcoming release. Until then your emails stay plain text, and the kit you save now is the one they will use.
