See Your Plan, Invoices and Usage on the Billing Page
Updated October 25, 2026
The Billing page shows what your organization pays for: each subscription, when the next invoice comes and how much of this month's included usage you have used. An admin opens Settings, then the Billing tab. Invoices, your payment method and your billing details live behind the Manage billing button.
Who can see it?
Only an organization admin sees the Billing tab and its details. Anyone else who opens the page sees a note that your organization's administrators manage billing.
Your subscriptions
Each subscription shows the listing or location it covers, its plan, whether it is annual or month to month, and its status, such as Active, Payment overdue or Paused. Beside it you see the date of the next invoice, or the date it ends if it is ending. With nothing active yet, the page offers an Activate link instead.
This month's usage
Once a subscription is live, the page shows each kind of usage your plan includes, such as text segments and AI drafts, as the amount used out of the amount included. Latter Years emails you as you near the allowance and again when you reach it. A campaign that sends texts waits once the month's text allowance runs out.
Invoices and your payment method
Tap Manage billing to open the billing portal, run by our payment provider, Stripe. There you see past invoices, change your payment method and update your billing details.
Can I cancel?
On a regular subscription you cancel in the billing portal, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. On a signed agreement, the page names the address to write to when you want to change or end it.
Assistant use by person
With the portal assistant switched on for your account, Billing also shows "Assistant use this month": who used it, how many chats and questions, and when they last used it. It never shows what anyone asked.
