See Your Leads, Replies and Results in Analytics

Updated October 25, 2026

Analytics, just under Insights in the menu, holds the detail behind your home page's numbers. It covers the period you pick, beside the period before, on a tab for your leads and a tab called "Automations & campaigns".

Pick the period and the listing

The period buttons at the top work as they do on Insights. An agency with more than one listing can look at "All listings" or tap a single listing. A community sees the location that is in view in the menu.

The leads tab

A community's first tab is "Matches & leads" and an agency's is "Leads". Tiles at the top count the period's leads and what they did next. Below them you see the path from a lead to a family choosing you, leads by week, where the period's leads are now and how fast you reply.

An agency also sees "Where they came from", each source on its own row. A community also sees "Who reaches out", grouped by care level, budget, timeline, distance or zip code. Groups too small to keep a family anonymous are combined into Other.

How fast do we reply?

"How fast you reply" measures the time from a family reaching out to your first reply. The typical time appears once enough families have heard back; until then the card says how many did. A community's admin also sees the typical range for similar communities last quarter.

What did my automations do?

The "Automations & campaigns" tab counts messages sent, families who replied, and the first meetings and choices that followed a message. Each automation has a row you can open to see every step, and each campaign counts from the day it went out. A community's review invites show here too.

Who can open it?

Everyone on your team can open Analytics on a paid plan. On the free plan the page stays visible but greyed out, with a note that it is part of a paid plan, and an admin sees "Activate now".
