Update Your Agency Listing: Contact, Service Area and Logo

Updated October 25, 2026

Your listing is what families see about your agency on Latter Years. Open Listing from the menu to find your contact details, the area you serve, your logo, your Google listing and the questions families read answers to. Your agency's administrator edits it, and everyone else on your team can read it.

Contact and service area

Under "Contact and service area" you change the phone number and website families see, and the counties and ZIP codes you serve. Choose by where families live, not where your office is: tick whole counties, list single ZIP codes for the parts of a county you cover, or tick "We serve the whole state" only if you serve every county. Tap "Save contact and service area".

Add your logo

Your logo shows beside your name on your page and in the directory, and a square mark works best. Choose the image; the first time, a short statement appears (you hold the rights to the logo and it is your own mark), and confirming it starts the upload. Every logo is reviewed before families see it, and its label shows where it stands, such as Awaiting review, Live or Not approved. To replace a logo, remove the current one and then add the new one.

Confirm your listing answers

Tap "Confirm your listing" to answer the questions families read about your agency, a step at a time, such as specialties, what you help with, visits, starting care and language, ending with the insurance plans you take. An unanswered question shows families "no answer yet" on your profile. Save each step as you go, and confirm only what you actually offer.

Is that your Google listing?

The Google panel shows the star rating families see. If Latter Years matched you automatically, open the match and tap "This is us" or "This isn't us". With no match yet, tap "Find your listing", search your agency's name as it reads on Google and tap "That's us".

Check what families see

"See your public page" opens your listing as families see it. If your listing is not showing to families right now, the page says so while Latter Years reviews it. "What families told us this year" sums up why families passed on your agency, without naming them. If one says you do not take their insurance, "Update your insurance" takes you to that step.
