During the inspection the licensor verified that 1 covered individual determined not eligible continued to engage in a position with direct patient access.
How was this corrected? On 10/21/2024, the licensor verified that the administrator removed the covered individual who had been determined not eligible for direct patient access from the work schedule and terminated the individual from employment, as stated in rule.
